As the founder of what is now Pantronics India Pvt. Ltd., I am both proud and excited to share with you the next chapter in our journey. After 50 years of serving our clients as Pankaj Electronics, we are evolving into Pantronics, a name that embodies our commitment to purpose, progress, and promise.

A Legacy of Empowerment

Reflecting on our journey, I am deeply inspired by the life stories of my father and the early days of our company. Their resilience and determination amidst the challenges of post-Independence India laid the foundation for what we strive to be today. It is this legacy that drives us to create opportunities for those who are less privileged. As I’ve always believed, our duty extends beyond business—it’s about uplifting communities and providing meaningful chances for growth.

When I took over the family business, Pankaj Electronics was a respected local player. Through the hard work and dedication of my small team and me, we expanded our reach globally, serving clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Today, as Pantronics, we are poised to further our global impact while continuing to deliver powerful solutions to our customers.

Kishan, who started with us as a peon 40 years ago, now heads our Business for Replacement Markets, demonstrating extraordinary skill in SAP and achieving significant business targets.
Pooja, with a basic educational background, has grown into a Product Manager in our Thermal Management Division, representing us both nationally and internationally.
Sangeeta, who began with basic education, is now a Senior Customer Service Representative, effectively managing a key product line.
