Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Sales Support / Customer Experience
Location: Noida / Pune
Reports To: Customer Support Manager
Role Summary:
The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently. This role focuses on delivering excellent post-sales support and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and CRM software
- Process orders, coordinate dispatches, and provide order status updates
- Resolve product, delivery, or documentation issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams
- Maintain and update customer service logs and feedback reports
- Ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution
- Prepare service performance reports and suggest improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service/support
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of power electronics is a plus
