Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Sales Support / Customer Experience
Location: Noida / Pune
Reports To: Customer Support Manager

Role Summary:

The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently. This role focuses on delivering excellent post-sales support and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and CRM software
  • Process orders, coordinate dispatches, and provide order status updates
  • Resolve product, delivery, or documentation issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams
  • Maintain and update customer service logs and feedback reports
  • Ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution
  • Prepare service performance reports and suggest improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service/support
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Basic understanding of power electronics is a plus
